Hello. Meet Paik and Roy. 

We are a well travelled coupled and enjoy interaction with guests, although your privacy is also respected. We try to treat others as we would hope to be treated ourselves on frequent travels abroad. We continue to take occasional vacations overseas. After a couple of cruises we are hooked on that form of holiday. 

We have two grown up daughters who no longer live at home.

We offer B&B in our modern new home which has spectacular rural views. So far we have really enjoyed hosting our mostly overseas visitors and everyone to date has been very satisfied with the facilities we provide. We have recently decided to join Airbnb to both canvas for clients and also help us find suitable home stays on our travels with other members.

We live in a beautiful area of Northland close to many wonderful beaches and heaps of water activities. We are located approximately 2 kilometres outside of the Kerikeri village high up with extensive rural views. A stream runs along the valley below. We are part of a housing development that is stalled at 30% complete. All section are 3/4 acre and reasonable private to each other. The house has floor to ceiling double glazed windows that slide open to give extensive indoor/outdoor feel to all the open plan living areas. We also have a home theater projector system plus seating to watch movies. The patio is covered by electrically operated louvers and there is a lap pool for those wanting to take a dip. The house enjoys good access with a turning circle and four car parking. There is a covered canopy at the double door entrance.

We have lived in New Zealand for 35 years and although only being in Kerikeri for four years we have a very good knowledge of local attractions to assist visitors with their plans, if they request help. We also are happy to include an airport pick-up and drop off if needed. Paik is a keen gardener and I am a keen sportsman, we both enjoy the card game of bridge and play at the local club.

We enjoy meeting new people and our guests always make favourable comment on how easy going we are in trying to make them enjoy their stay with us. The social interaction with travelers is a big reason for us to be involved in the B & B homestay business. We look forward to making many new friends.
